Description
A few months remain before the end of this year, and a few years remain till the end of this century. I draw your attention to certain things about this year which will bear a lasting influence upon the next century. The fields of preaching in the Community have vastly expanded. Things which could not even have been dreamed or imagined previously are now realities. God has turned the measures so quickly and the responsibilities increase so fast that I have to mention simultaneously that if you act according to the method told by the Quran then Allah the Almighty will grant you the ability to organise them as they increase. Program should be made for the reformation and moral upbringing of the entire world and this is something impossible if we cut ourselves off from the method of the Quran and Sunnah [Prophetic practice] and try to organise things as we see it fitting to do so. The difficulties you face in the way of God safeguard you. If these perils had not existed you would have been destroyed long ago. It is the very perils that force you to bow down before God. You progress further due to these perils when you have no fear and bow down before God and receive the succour of Allah. Our trials would increase as a result of the progression and our heads must bow down before God even more as a result of these trials and that we be grateful to Him. We are progressing greatly by the grace of Allah. It is the responsibility of every country to tell the newcome that these powers come of no use to you if you fail to take God as your support. With progress come dangers and I draw your attention to identifying and overturning these schisms from right now. The most important resolution of the tribulations to come lies in the newcomers' personal bond with God. We would certainly have to create a large number of the Godly among them. Without this it is impossible to guard these nations. For this as I had stated there is a need for inaugurating a number of Classes giving moral training. In the countries where this is happening there is exceptional blessing with the grace of God. A decorum of preaching to their people has been born in them. They have been taught to pray at every difficult time. In Germany too the same fundamental precept is being successful which the Quran has taught us that when nations enter Islam in large numbers then some people from among them would reach the center and receive education and then return and teach people about the faith. As long as the people outside deliver the message to a nation it remains an outsider's message but when people rise from among them who spread the message to their people after having understood it then it is exceptionally blessed. As the time of the Jalsa approaches we need to increase the speed of our work. If as a result of this progress you have received humility instead of arrogance then you will certainly succeed otherwise your Tarbiyyat Classes would achieve no success at all. I also counsel that it is important to deliver the bounty simultaneously to the nations entering. There are some nations that are in a dejected state and afflicted with poverty. But there are many that do not require such financial aid but for whom we would have to make some effort to improve their economic situation. To give another the benefit of financial help is the greatest bounty and the lesser bounty is to fulfil the basic requirements by making use of the financial offerings. A greater bounty than this is to turn a begging hand into a hand that graces. Show favour to the poor not so that they should become Ahmadis. Do not associate this subject pertaining to the eradication of poverty with the spiritual grace. Join such appeals of service which are appeals exclusively devoted to serving the people of Allah. Attention should be given to this throughout the whole world and to lift those who are in the dirt and enable them to stand on their own feet are works which should be joined in. I again advise that you should especially pay attention to these things in the following few months. The more you will show favour the more Allah will show favour. The more you will thank God the more you would grow. The text http://www.alislam.org/urdu/sermon/FST19970530-UR.pdf © The Tahir Archive / MTA International, 2016.
