Darsul Quran. al-Nisa [The Women]: 13 (4) - 16.

Description

And you shall inherit half of that which your wives leave if they have no child; but if they have a child, then you shall inherit a quarter of that which they leave subsequent to any bequests they may have bequeathed or of debt. And they shall inherit a quarter of that which you leave if you have no child; but if you have a child, then they shall have an eighth of that  which you leave subsequent to any bequests you may have bequeathed or of debt. And if  there be a man or a woman whose heritage is to be divided and he or she has neither parent nor child but has a step-brother or a step-sister then each one of them shall have a sixth. But if  they be more than that then they shall be [equal] shareholders in one-third subsequent to any bequests which may have been bequeathed or of debt, without [intent to cause] suffering to  anyone. Let this be injunction from Allah, for Allah is All-Knowing, and Benign.

These are the limits by Allah; and whoso obeys Allah and His Messenger will He admit into Gardens through which streams flow; therein shall they abide; and that is the supreme  triumph.

And whoso disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits will He consign to the Fire and they shall abide therein; and an humiliating torment awaits them.

And those of your women who are guilty of lewdness -- confront them with 4 witnesses; and if they bear testify then confine them to the houses until death overtakes them or Allah opens for them another way.

Now it is to be seen as to what further warning could there be in breaking one's ties with the Prophet that God the Most High, the Most August says that He promises abiding Hell for one who disobeys the Prophet but Abdul Hakeem [Khan] says that one who disobeys the Holy Prophet and [even] calls him a liar.  He will doubtless be entered into Heaven, provided the he believes in the Unity [of God].  I do not know what kind of a belief in the Unity he holds in his belly which disregarding opposing and disobeying the Holy Prophet who is the wellspring of Unity can lead one to Heaven.

* The meaning of فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ ['confine them to the houses'].

* الْفَاحِشَةَ ['lewdness'] in verse number 16 means lesbianism.
