Description
I am Allah, the Most Knowledgeable. This is that perfect Book; there is no doubt in it; a guidance for the righteous. ('The Holy Quran'. al-Baqarah [The Heifer]: 2, 3). What is happening in Pakistan is happening due to lack of consciousness of God. The current constitutional crisis in Pakistan which engulfs the country's supreme courts is deeply connected with the treatment meted out to the Ahmadiyya Community in Pakistan. For a long time the Jamat would turn to the courts regarding the cruel proceedings against the Jamat and seek justice from them until the waters of injustice rose higher and drowned the smaller courts. Then they would turn to the higher courts. Until they too were eventually engulfed by injustice. The smaller courts dealt unfairly due to government pressure. Gradually this pressure fell upon the higher courts as well until the High Court and then the Supreme Court sided with those who seemed to support the cruelty. The mountains they drowned were the places of their own refuge. No mountain is left to [save] the nations where the constitution is sunk, a constitution which opposes the truth. I warned them clearly in the sermons that Divine destiny has always turned whatever means you have utilised against the Jamat back upon yourselves and this is also what would happen in future. Now the country has been led to a place from which there is no escape other than that the entire law be thrust into the heap of dust and a law based upon justice is made from scratch. It is now the duty of the nation's intellectual to avoid those chinks in future lawmaking through which mullocracy and injustice enters the law. There wasn't even a single gap in the law imagined by the Qaid e Azam to permit mullocracy in. It was a vision of justice. If it is not enacted then Allah's destiny would prevail regardless and whatever wonder it shows would certainly be in favour of the Ahmadiyya Community: If you have any faith then change what I say That respect to me and reproach to you is approaching * As the water of piety rises it preserves those who rise with the rising of the water. It is high time now that we seek refuge in the ark of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him). This ark takes in the entire nation. It is for Allah to devise a way out and a refuge for the pious. Pray for the nation to be saved but do not let their actions influence your own. The Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) has said that those who are in the forefront of serving the faith are the most worthy of his prayers. This is also my state and those are the ones I pray for the most. All praise is due to Allah that such people are being born in large numbers among the Ahmadiyya Community who are envisioned by this statement of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him). No Jamat in the world remains where such servants of the faith have not come forward who prefer serving the faith over their own works. Even today the bounties promised by God to the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) are being fulfilled in all their glory. The Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) ends this theme with Prayer. For it is mere wishful thinking that piety can be entertained whilst neglecting the Prayers. There are variant degrees of piety, it has its signs its beneficence and its bounties so remember well that the victory of God can never come to the impure. The succour of God is only for the pious. * Ahmad, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam. 'Durr e Samin'. The text http://www.alislam.org/urdu/sermon/FST19971128-UR.pdf © The Tahir Archive / MTA International, 2016.
