Description
Their Messengers said to them 'We are indeed only human like yourselves but Allah bestows favour on whomsoever He wills from among His servants. And it is not for us to bring you a proof except by the command of Allah. And in Allah should the believers put their trust'. 'Wherefore should we not put our trust in Allah when He has shown us our ways? And we will surely bear with steadfastness the persecution you inflict on us. So in Allah let those who trust put their trust'. ('The Holy Quran'. Abraham: 12, 13). When the people of God the Almighty are granted a position they deem it a favour of God and always make it a point to adopt humility and modesty. Those who observe the Divine support in Prophets are granted true certitude and these believers are certain that 'God is with us as long as we are with this Prophet'. Allah the Almighty pulls out the believers from the difficulties however the path of no believer is eased but through certitude. So these believers say that 'Each of us is witness to the fact that Allah has been behind us at every difficult time. our past bears witness to this so we will always trust Allah in future as well'. Believers are also faced with personal tribulations as well as religious difficulties and none other than God can remove them. In religious affairs one can only attain to the highest standards of fortitude through patience and patience cannot be without fortitude. Both these things are correlated. Patience is no more as soon as one dismayed at the intended goal. Without patience one cannot receive training of the highest morals. 'And We made them leaders who guided by Our command ...'* all Prophets were Imam Mahdis in that they received Guidance from Allah and guided others and Allah the Almighty states about them that they received this position because they were patience. All that Almighty states that the fruit of patience is so sweet, so good that we raised them to the status of Prophethood because they showed patience. Prophethood is also the fruit of patience. The meanings of patience should also borne in mind which indicate one who remains steadfast in the face of excessive opposition and not deviate from the Guidance that God has delivered. This needs to be reiterated in this era through which the Ahmadiyya Community is passing these days and the enemy needs to be told that we will always be patient in the face of your persecution. And when we showed patience Allah eased our tribulations for us and the patience was itself granted by Allah. Patience first brings great trial with it through which one passes followed by trials on a smaller scale. The smallest trials are the most difficult ones. Those who succeed on the delicate paths of righteousness through difficult and grand trials are those who reach the status of the Mahdi. Loyalty is essential in the trials of the Divine system and it is important to remains steadfast till the end in order to succeed in the trials. If one dies having failed the final test then all virtues would be finished. Sometimes one stumbles at the inner trials. Analyse your reactions with delicacy to the system of the Community. Those who cannot forgive the hurt received from their dear ones, the elders and those occupying higher offices even though they be minor in nature they can never in fact be able to show patience in this world against any torture. If they are able to do so it is because of some other reasons. Now is the time to be united from the inside. When one is with Allah, when one is with the believers one is granted great fortitude. The external strength of those involved in internal disputes is greatly diminished. I will support the Amir exactly as the Holy Prophet of Allah ﷺ supported his Amir. However I will also support the Community against the Amir exactly as Muhammad the Holy Prophet of Allah had done in favour of those rights were in danger of jeopardy. I have never permitted any Amir to mistreat the Community or to jeopardise its rights. I pray for the success of the Jalsa Salanas of Mauritius and Tanzania. With the Grace of Allah the revolution that I have been turning their attention to for a long time has begun in Tanzania. *'The Holy Quran'. al-Anbiya [The Prophets]: 74).
