Any inauguration pertains to the mind and perspective, the knowledge and its depth of the one who inaugurates and every Designer inaugurates what they Design.  So all Architects draw out a small plan for themselves before creating the Blueprint of any building and it contains references to all those things which they plan to include in final the Blueprint and which will finally become part of the building.  The greatest system inaugurated in the world has been presented by Allah Almighty in the form of the Sura' Fatiha [The Opening chapter of 'The Holy Quran'].  This very short Sura' of 7 verses holds the entire universe of 'The Holy Quran' in itself and with such precision that it cannot possibly be equaled in the world, even in the world of religion it has no match in any of the many Holy books.  This is the very reason why even the Prophets of the past sang the praises of this Sura'

The Ahmadis of France should also create a revolution in the field of preaching like the one which has taken place in Germany, Belgium and Holland.  The Community is growing speedily throughout the world.  O people of France! Why are you silent? I expect that every one of you will come back to life after having understood this message.
