Tarjumatul Quran - Sura' al-Baqarah [The Heifer]: 260 (2) - 268

Description

Verse 260: بَل لَّبِثۡتَ مِاْئَةَ عَامٍ۬ ['He said 'That is so but thou hast witnessed developments over a hundred years'] is presented by the scholars of the Middle Ages as proof of bringing the dead back to life when in fact these were events narrated as Prophecies.  These are the ways of the Almighty God.  This was a vision of the Prophet Ezekiel in which the Almighty God availed his curiosity concerning the repopulating of Jerusalem.
