Verily they are hatching a plot.
I, too, am devising a counter-plot.
So bear with the disbelievers leave them be for a while.

('The Holy Quran'.  al-Tariq [The Morning Star]: 16 - 18).


When there is success the jealous ones gear up in devising plots and the Community informs of such when the enemies begin to implement them when one should in fact carefully plan a strategy even before the enemy begins planning.  Alongside this strategy one should continuously pray to God the Almighty.

فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا ['So bear with the disbelievers leave them be for a while] certainly does not mean that one should rest their hands from making strategies and sit down thinking that now that God has promised He will Himself deal with the enemy because when he consider the life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ we find that he prepared strategies even when the enemy was planning to act.  

At the time of the Battle of the Trench The Holy Prophet ﷺ planned a strategy when the enemy was making a plan of action.  So the Community should also make strategies with a conscious mind and at the right time.  In Germany with the Grace of Allah people are entering the movement from every nation and on a large scale and the enemy is incited.  You have already made so many Programs for MTA that if they are translated into different languages and transmitted to people of different nationalities these Programs can prove to be very effective.

I have instructed and I have complete trust that God the Almighty would facilitate 24-hour broadcast for us so that we can appoint time slots in every language and for ever country.  So we should derive benefit in this way.

Teams should be made which can go ahead with this work in every language and with full care.  The enemy is writhing in anger and hatred and has nowhere to turn.  The Mullahs say that the Ahmadiyya Community has been planted by the British and is now misleading people through TV.  The Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) stated that 'I am not a sapling planted by the British but a sapling planted by the hand of God and none would dare harm this sapling'.

The Holy Prophet ﷺ was also praying whilst digging the trench and then afterwards and the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) also continued praying until God spoke from the heavens that 'You are a weak Community that has no power to compete with the powers and governments of the world.  So after these prayers فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا for now I shall see to them through my strategy.

The enemy wanted to silence you [through Pakistan's infamous ordinance of 1984] so much that you were not even permitted [to call] the Azan* and the wailing and lamenting before God with which the Community was occupied praying 'O God! We have no power to compete with the enemy' so God replied:

I, too, am devising a counter-plot.
So bear with the disbelievers leave them be for a while.

And lo! How God's strategy came to work in a way we could never possibly have imagined.
