Khutba Juma

Description
Every person shall taste death. And you shall be paid in full your reeping only on the Day of Resurrection. So whosoever is pulled away from the Fire and admitted to enter Heaven has indeed attained their goal. And the life of this world is nothing but an illusory pleasure. ('The Holy Quran'. Āl Imran [Family of Imran]: 186). This sacred verse speaks of the philosophy of life and death. Belief is not a distant thing of fancy. Allah would reside in your persons if there is true belief in Allah and death overtakes a life of Satanic [indulgences]. For then [natural] inclination to sinfulness dies. Then a new life begins. Every person would either die in this world at the hands of Satan or willingly enact a death upon themselves for the sake of Allah. This is the destined occurrence from which nobody is exempt. Ever person desires a new life. To be purified from sin and to be distanced from sinfulness but for [every] such person it is also important to believe that Hell is true just as Heaven is true and whoever is certain of it would travel away from fire. Every person if they consciously stay alert can analyse their actions as to whether they are approaching the fire. The soul-penetrating statements and very wise counselings of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) are the words of a Gnostic of Allah. Take care to listen to these counselings. Specific study of a volume of his 'Malfuzat' and in fact sometimes just a phrase studied once in one's whole life on its own can cause a change for the pure. Do not be impressed with the apparent grandeur of the western nations. Unfortunately the leadership of the whole world of today is in the hands of people whose every decision is devoid of contact with God. They never even imagine or contemplate whether their decision is one which pleases God or a decision which would incur God's displeasure. When God is with a person then He stays with them in every situation at every turn of life. Its apparent sign mentioned by His Holiness the Promised Messiah is that one should remain with the truthful so that the reality of righteousness may open unto you and equip you. The ability of those who spend their lives with the good increases. Do not become like the Parties of the prayerful. Some people appear to don the mantle of Sufism and declare each other to be revered. It then becomes a group. This is not virtue. It is ignorance of the reality of virtue. Learn virtue from the way of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. His Holiness the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) states that 'It is most important for our Jamat to create a change for the pure in themselves because they would be granted fresh gnosis'. There is a very interesting theme in 'fresh gnosis' in that Allah always continues to explicate many new point to this Jamat. In this way sometimes fresh gnosis concerns a new [angle] of recognition of something. Sometimes it descends from the heavens in the form of a Sign. Fresh gnosis would certainly descend upon a person who bonds with Allah. © The Tahir Archive / MTA International, 2016.
