Description
Say 'O My servants who have committed excesses against your own selves! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Assuredly He is Most Forgiving and Merciful.' 'And turn ye to your Lord and submit yourselves before Him prior to there coming to you the punishment when you can no longer be helped.' 'And follow the highest of what has been revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment takes you unawares while you perceive not.' ('The Holy Quran'. al-Zumar [The Throngs]: 54 - 59). With reference to these verses of Sura' alZumar in the light of an excerpt from the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) in explication of the words of يَا عِبَادِيَ ['My servants'] if you desire to receive the bounties of the Holy Prophet ﷺ then you must become his servants and if one is able to serve him in life then even if one's past sins are like mountains they would be finished. To belong to the Messenger of Allah the Holy Prophet ﷺ it is important to send salutations upon him and not to disobey any injunction. The reality of invoking salutations is also an outcome of love. It is no easy task to serve the Holy Prophet ﷺ. That is such service that one would not deviate from a single injunction. Only love can make it easy. The Holy Prophet ﷺ was a channel between God and men and he would always continually make people into Godly people and give them over to God and his people became the servants of the Merciful [God]. We find from various sacred verses that inclination purifies one from sins and it results in freeing one from chastisement. Allah the Almighty instructs that one hold fast to the greatest, the best teaching He it is Who shows you His Signs and sends down provisions for you from heaven; but none pays heed save those who incline. So call upon Allah, perfectly sincere to Him in faith, even though the disbelievers may be averse to it. ('The Holy Quran'. al-Mumin [The Faithful]: 14, 15). By becoming a inclining servant one is not only freed from harmful influences but physical providence is sent down to those servants who incline from the heavens as well as spiritual providence. We find from 'The Noble Quran' that to call upon upon God and to turn to Him when the torment and punishment comes would only give temporary avail. Hazrat Mawlana Nazeer Ahmad Mubashir has passed away. He was a virtuous and Godly person, humble, modest, and led a simple life. There are some aspects of his life that were Wonders then and are Wonders now. Many brothers and sisters were born before his birth and continued to die but before his birth his father Hazrat Mawlana Ghulam Hassan was given the tiding that it would be a boy and would live. The Mawlavi devoted his life in 1928. He served the faith in Ghana (west Africa) for more or less 25 years in extremely difficult and strenuous circumstances in a wonderful manner. He had the honour of serving in the centre of the movement as the deputy of the Chief Executive, Vice President of Majlis Tehrik e Jadid, Nazim of the Darul Qaza, Waqilul Taleem and in many other honourable capacities. I advise the members of the Community to try to become servants of the Merciful [God] because it would not suffice us just to show the yieldings of the old servants of the Merciful. Similarly Mrs Salima wife of Mr. Yusuf Ahmad of Indonesia. The sons of the deceased Mr. Munirul Islam Yusuf is a Life Devotee, a Shahid and a Missionary of the Movement who had been in London to offer his services as the Indonesian translator of my Darsul Quran during the blessed month of Ramadan. His mother passed away in Indonesia while he was here. Previously while Mr. Munirul Islam was studying in Rabwah his father had passed away. Similarly Mr. Muhammad Hussain (has passed away) he used to serve in the Mubarik Mosque in Rabwah. Also Mrs. Ayesha Bibi the mother of Dr. Hamidullah Khan who was a very revered lady. Lastly Mrs. Razia wife of Major Munir Minhas who was the daughter of Apa Salima of the famous family of Hyderabad in the Deccan and a sister of Setth Muhammad Azim and Setth Moinuddin and she has passed away from natural causes at the peak of her youth leaving behind several small children. May Allah the Almighty forgive all of the deceased and elevate their stations. The text http://www.alislam.org/urdu/sermon/FST19970228-UR.pdf © The Tahir Archive / MTA International, 2015.
