Description
Allah the Almighty chose the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ the Messenger of Allah to manifest His Light and deprived him of the worldly education because it consisted of the knowledge Almighty God was Himself to impart upon him so he was exclusively honoured as the Unlettered One. The nature of the Holy Prophet ﷺ was incredibly enlightened. Had the spark of light not descended from the heavens he would still have remained a light in all his relationships. The Holy Prophet was granted an internal refulgence of extraordinary glory that became 'Light upon light'[1] when the flame of the heavenly light descended upon it. The Holy Prophet shone brighter than anyone else in relation to every attribute [of God]. Incidentally a non-Ahmadi has remarked that it is unbecoming of me to chair the Children's Class and teach of language Classes on MTA. This conduct of mine is in accord with nature and in accord with the temperament taught to us by Allah. Aside of this we have deep bonds of love among us and people remember to turn on their TVs all over the world when my Programs are being shown to see the Caliph of the time and to hear him speak. Each person who receives light does so through the light of Muhammad the Prophet of Allah. The Holy Prophet has also been called a sun[2] in 'The Holy Quran' and the light of the sun has been called radiant[3] in its nature. On the other hand the Holy Prophet has been called a light to show that he is light in relation to Allah and the sun in relation to humankind. Whatever manifests through his person is the light of Allah as he is the sun in relation to humankind and it is indeed his light that shone in the person of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) as the full moon so whoever is to receive the light of Muhammad the Immaculate Prophet needs to see the light of the Holy Prophet Muhammad through the eyes of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him) who is reflecting it. [1] Allah is the Light of the heavens and the Earth. The similitude of His light is as a niche, wherein is a lamp. The lamp is in a crystal globe. The globe is bright as it were a glittering star and a lamp lit from a blessed olive tree neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would well-nigh glow forth even though fire touched it not. Light upon light! Allah guides to His light whosoever He wills. And Allah sets forth parables for people, and Allah knows all things completely. ('The Holy Quran'. al-Nur [The Light]: 36). [2] And as a Summoner unto Allah by His command and as a radiant Lamp. ('The Holy Quran'. al-Ahzab [The Confederates]: 47). [3] He it is Who made the sun radiant and the moon lambent ordaining phases for it so that you might determine the number of years and how to calculate. Allah has not created this but for truth. He delineates the Signs for a people who have knowledge. ('The Holy Quran'. Jonas [Jonah]: 6).
