Tarjumatul Quran - Surah al-Najm [The Star]: 11 - 48

Verse 11: ‏فَأَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ مَآ أَوْحَىٰ  ['Then He revealed to His servant that which He revealed.'  مَآ أَوْحَىٰ does not just mean the revelation of the Quran or that not all aspects of the revelation of the Quran were disclosed.  Secret knowledge was granted in this state of nearness and because they were not for every individual so مَآ sufficed.

Verse 14: Hazrat Imam Raghib has also translated نَزْلَةً أُخْرَىٰ ['he experienced Him a second time'] as I have done that 'You have seen Him in another state': the Mosaic and the Muhammadan theophany.  The theophany manifested to Moses by the tree concerned those lands at the utmost.  The loftiest Horizon means that the best Shariah was granted only to the Holy Prophet ﷺ and that the theophany at the Tor was temporary and relevant to a certain people and certain areas of land.

Verse Number 33 speaks of the reward of the pious who abstain from the greater sins except the minor slips.  Minor means not having intended it.
